A weekend with Jaimie

Today me and Jaimie are going to the aquarium he finely got out the hospital yesterday so today we play pretend like any other weekend and act as if he isn't sick but yu can see it in his face that he is not doing well at all

An Update

Today I had Texted Jaimie and he told me that he was on his way to the hospital because he has a really sharp pain in his stomach. I asked if every thing was ok and if i should go check up him. He told me no so Im going to do so anyway.

A day with Jaimie

Today after school I was hanging out with Jaimie. To think a kid that was told that he only had a few weeks to live that he would be heart broken but he had me laughing all day. I took the time today to ask him about his life and that I will blog about it and to my amazement he said he wouldn't mind that at least people get to hear his side of the storey and that we don't judge him just yet. So it happened that we talked for hrs about what happen and who he is where he's from and so on and you really never get to know someone the way I got to know him until there life is on the line. Well that's all for today until I get my storie started I will be giving updates about him and so forth.

Over View

19 year old Jaimie Perez suffers from severe scaring and tissue damage to his kidney and stomach. Now with both kidney and stomach failing he fights for what little life he has left due to excessive drinking since the age of 10 and becoming an alcoholic at the age of 14. Over the last few months Jaimie has been excessively vomiting and spiting up blood. Concerned for his health Jaimie rushed to the hospital to see what was wrong upon his arrival he was rushed to an MRI. Jaimie was only to find out that he had 6 months to live understanding that the drinking was sending him to and early grave he stopped drinking and sobered up. After the surgery and the medication his life did not expand but shorten as he found out that his 6 months turned to 6 weeks. Now with 4 weeks left I will be telling his story.
